Hi there, I wanted to share with you the latest percentages of unemployment rates here in the York County area.  Click here to view the graph.

What does this mean to you? I believe this shows that if you are struggling with your mortgage payments and facing challenging circumstances that you are not alone. Many homeowners here and across the United States are finding themselves in a distressed property situation.  New statistics releases that 1 in 6 homeowners are facing foreclosure and it is estimated that 10 million will fall into default over the next 36 months.

Losing your job, experiencing a divorce or having health problems can potentially qualify you to do a short sale on your home instead of going into foreclosure.

Let me know if you want to talk about it and I promise that I will keep our conversation confidential.  I want to help.

Linda
